Founded by experienced practitioners and educators in both remote viewing and artificial intelligence, we understand that fields like remote viewing often rely on time-intensive, manual processes. Cindy Miller, Ph.D.

Founder and CEO
 Cindy holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering and M.A. in Mathematics, with additional graduate work in high-energy physics, quantum mechanics, dynamical systems, and international relations. She has led projects and teams in systems engineering, strategic simulations, and organizational & technological transformation. In addition to developing the Enigmatic Insights platform, she serves on the Board of Directors of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA). Cindy is a certified shamanic healer who teaches and conducts research on topics including remote viewing, AI, and consciousness, combining rigorous scientific methodology with innovative approaches to advance human potential.

Pam Coronado

Advisor
 Pam is certified in search and rescue and has extensive experience in working with law enforcement and families on a variety of crimes and missing person cases. Pam is best known through her work on television, championing families of the missing on channels such as the Oprah Winfrey Network, Sci-Fi channel, A&E, and CBS. Pam is passionate about helping others to grow and nurture their own spiritual strengths, and advocates for leveraging the power of AI to help with career development and in her work. Debra Lynn Katz, Ph.D.

 Debra is a pioneering researcher and educator in consciousness studies with a Ph.D. in Psychology and Master's in Social Work. As the founder and director of the International School of Clairvoyance and President of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), she has established herself as a leading authority in psychic development and parapsychology research. She is the acclaimed author of multiple groundbreaking books and is currently serving as an adjunct professor at the California Institute for Human Sciences. Jenifer Prather, MPH, RN, Ph.D.

Advisor
Jenifer is a neuroscience researcher with over 20 years of leadership in managing complex human subject clinical trials across all phases (1-4). She has demonstrated valuable experience in designing qualitative interventional protocols, for persons with chronic conditions and support persons. Jenifer’s ability to recruit, enroll, and maintain participant engagement highlights her strong skills in participant retention and protocol oversight. Her proficiency in data analysis and manuscript development underscores her capacity to translate research into impactful scientific publications. As a certified mindfulness coach, nature therapy guide, and passionate supporter of psi research, Jenifer combines rigorous scientific methodology with holistic approaches to advance human well-being. Currently serving as acting co-director of the IRVA Research Unit (IRU), she supports collaborative relationships with psi researchers, clinicians, and support groups, driving innovation at the intersection of health, consciousness, and neuroplasticity.

Chase McCarty

Chase is the creator of social-rv.com, and an Applied AI Engineer with 8 years of experience working in Big Tech and VC-backed startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. After winning the psionics track of the SF UAP Hackathon earlier this year, Social RV has become one of the largest and most advanced platforms for public psi experimentation.

Jacquelyn Denaali

Jacquelyn is the founder of Quantum Untanglement, with a mission to prepare humanity's transition of consciousness and understanding of the universe. She is a certified Shaman, Reiki Master, and Melchizedek Priest. She was an innovation coach, human centered design practitioner, and research librarian for the CIA. Jon Knowles

Advisor
Jon Knowles is a long-time remote viewer and author based in Oakland, California. He has been active in TransDimensional Systems (2000-2003), Aurora Remote Viewing Group (2005-2010), Applied Precognition Project (2010-2016), and Mapping Mavericks (2024-2026). He has been a Project Manager, Training Coordinator, viewer and analyst in both remote viewing (training and client work) and Associative Remote Viewing settings.

If you do not see a target, Team Hub, Project, or Class you expected to be shared with you, contact the author and make sure they have created these linkages between the target, Team Hub, and Project/Class.  

Targets and sessions must be made visible to the Team Hubs by the creators. For example, if you create a Target, you need to look at the Target Gallery and “Manage Visibility” to make the target visible to a Team Hub.  

How to Combine Your Files into a Single PDF

To ensure your submission is processed quickly, please merge your photos or documents into a single PDF file before uploading. Here are the easiest ways to do it:   

📱 On Mobile (Best for Photos/Paper Documents)

  • If you are taking photos of physical pages, use the Google Drive App:
  • Open the Google Drive app and tap the “+” (plus) icon.
    Select Scan.
  • Take a photo of your first page.
  • To add more pages to the same file, tap the “+” icon in the bottom-left corner (do not hit Save yet!).
  • Once all pages are scanned, tap Save.
    Find your new PDF in Drive, tap the three dots (…), and select Send a copy or Download to upload it here.

💻 On a Computer (Best for Existing PDFs)

If you already have multiple PDF files on your computer:

  • Go to ILovePDF.com/merge_pdf (No login required).
  • Drag and drop all your PDF files into the window.
  • Arrange them in the correct order and click Merge PDF.
  • Download the final combined file and upload it to the form below.

  • Check the Order: Make sure your pages are in the right sequence before saving.
